Email & SMS Account Manager – eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a confident Email & SMS Account Manager with at least one year of hands‑on experience managing Klaviyo or similar ESPs. You will lead retention strategies for 8–10 eCommerce clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and crafting on‑brand campaigns that boost LTV and reduce CAC. This fully remote role requires availability during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client communication with strategic insight and act as the face of retention for each account.
• Develop creative, non‑basic campaign concepts aligned with brand voice and customer journey.
• Guide designers and collaborate with copywriters to produce error‑free, conversion‑driven content.
• Own retention performance by building advanced email and SMS flows, campaign calendars, and data‑backed optimizations.
• Conduct ongoing account audits to identify segmentation, automation, and A/B testing opportunities.
• Translate metrics (CTR, CVR, RPR, LTV) into actionable client insights.

Required profile

• 1+ years of comprehensive eCommerce retention marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 client accounts simultaneously and guide a small creative team.
• Advanced experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs and a strong portfolio of full‑funnel email and SMS campaigns.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for clients.
• Obsessive attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced agency environment.
