Electronics Assembler / PCB Assembly Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Electronics Assembler / PCB Assembly Technician to join our startup developing next‑generation pulsed‑power systems for defense and industrial use. The role focuses on consistent, high‑quality production of electronic assemblies on a fast‑paced line.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and hand‑solder SMT and through‑hole components following defined work instructions.
• Perform in‑process inspections, visual checks, and identify defects before they propagate.
• Maintain ESD‑safe, clean, and organized workstations and record build data.
• Stop the line and escalate any quality issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Detail‑driven and able to repeat tasks hundreds of times with high accuracy.
• Process‑oriented, follows instructions closely and speaks up on discrepancies.
• Gritty and patient during long production runs.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident to meet ITAR/EAR regulations.

Required skills

• Production‑line electronics assembly.
• Hand soldering (SMT and through‑hole).
• Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 standards.
• Visual inspection and workmanship standards.
