About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support schools and educational organizations in South New Jersey. The role blends on‑site and remote work, allowing you to design and execute recruitment strategies while representing the Kelly brand in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach groups, and educational centers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for assigned positions.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30 % locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
