Education Recruiter – Full‑time (Hernando, MS)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hernando, MS. You will help connect qualified candidates with educational and community partners while representing the Kelly brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Attend scheduled job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% locally for hiring, recruiting, and event attendance.
