Education Account Manager – Pittsgrove, NJ

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for schools, districts and other educational organizations in Pittsgrove, NJ. You will build strong client relationships, understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified educators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, cultivating long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate and manage the placement of teachers, support staff and specialists for schools and districts.
• Collaborate with recruiters to meet staffing timelines and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Proactively address and resolve any service delivery issues.
• Track, report and analyze account performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Minimum 2 years of account management or operations experience in staffing, HR or a related field.
• At least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % locally and hold a valid US driver’s license.
