About the role

Babilou is looking for a qualified Early Childhood Educator (EJE) to support the holistic development of children in our crèches. You will create a safe, stimulating environment where each child can explore, learn, and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the emotional, motor, and social development of children.
• Create a secure and stimulating environment.
• Design and lead activities that foster autonomy and curiosity.
• Implement and live the pedagogical project of the centre.
• Support the team in best practices and share expertise.
• Build trusting relationships with families.
• Observe each child closely to tailor individual support.

Required profile

• Qualified Early Childhood Educator (EJE) certification.
• Passion for child development and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Strong observational skills to adapt care to each child.
