Ecommerce Operations Coordinator – DTC & Marketplace

About the role

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will oversee and optimise the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC), marketplace and dropship processes for Max Mara Fashion Group. You will ensure catalog accuracy, inventory alignment, order fulfilment and customer care across multiple online channels, supporting the growth of the brand’s digital business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage catalog updates in collaboration with Account Managers, ensuring timely publication of live styles.
• Oversee seasonal inventory adjustments and maintain accurate stock levels on marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate order shipments with logistics, guaranteeing packaging compliance and SLA adherence.
• Handle bulk returns, process Return Authorisations and reconcile shipments with finance.
• Maintain UPC/EAN to SKU mapping and support EDI transactions.
• Generate weekly and bi‑weekly KPI reports, audit sales data and provide performance updates.
• Lead the customer‑care agency for all brands, train agents and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Escalate and resolve second‑level customer inquiries, working with finance and logistics on client‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in dropship, marketplace, inventory or EDI catalog management, preferably in fashion.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
