About the role
Join Dan’s Management Co., a long‑standing Dunkin’ franchisee, as a Baker Crew Opener and Barista. You will be responsible for preparing bakery items and serving guests during the early opening shift.
Key responsibilities
- Produce bakery products, finish donuts and merchandise items.
- Greet guests, take orders, operate coffee and sandwich equipment, and process POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean workstations and guest areas, following safety and food‑sanitation guidelines.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure a positive experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Able to count money, make change and operate restaurant equipment.
- Willing to work early morning hours and collaborate as part of a team.
Required skills
- POS system operation
- Basic cash handling
- Operation of coffee, sandwich and bakery equipment
