Early Careers Recruiter – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for internship, campus and early‑career programs across multiple business lines. This remote, US‑based position supports talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers and delivers a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for internship, campus and early‑career requisitions.
• Build and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, student organizations and talent communities.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, career fairs, campus partnerships and social media.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews, assess candidate fit and guide them through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders on workforce planning and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the ATS.
• Support virtual and in‑person recruiting events, employer branding initiatives and pipeline health monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship‑building abilities.
