Dynamics 365 Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a 100% remote team supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves designing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes to meet operational requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and user acceptance testing, manage deployments, and provide production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
