Dual Site Maintenance Technician – Canyon Crest & Canyon Ridge

About the role

The Dual Site Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Canyon Crest and Canyon Ridge properties meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time role involves technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or technical defects in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain safety and appearance standards across both sites.
• Document work performed and update records in the property management system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily properties.
• Ability to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi 8 (or similar property management software).
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
