Dual Site Leasing Professional

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Dual Site Leasing Professional to manage leasing activities for the Vello Valley and Vello Crossings communities. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals across two sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track leads, applications, and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.
