Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator supports Savannah Technical College’s enrollment goals by recruiting, advising, and retaining dual enrollment students. This role serves as the primary liaison between the college, high schools, students, families, and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, represent the college at high schools, fairs, and community events.
• Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and monitor their progress and program completion.
• Coordinate daily operations of the dual enrollment program, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage eligibility verification and funding approvals.
• Maintain accurate student records, collect and report enrollment data, and collaborate with academic departments to expand pathway opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, or enrollment management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with student information systems and CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite expertise.
