Campus President and Academic Dean

About the role

The Campus President & Academic Dean is the senior on‑site leader responsible for overall campus operations and direct academic administration. This combined role provides strategic leadership for educational programs, faculty, staff, student success, regulatory compliance and campus performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campus operations, budgeting, staffing and cross‑functional teams to achieve enrollment, retention, graduate outcomes and financial stewardship.
• Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, performance evaluations and continuous improvement of educational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with higher‑education accreditation (ACCSC, BPPE) and applicable federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, effective learning environment and promote student success and accountability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of academic management or leadership experience in higher education or career education.
• Demonstrated experience with curriculum development, faculty development and performance assessment.
• Preferred experience in multi‑department operational leadership and knowledge of ACCSC, BPPE requirements.

• Strong academic leadership, faculty supervision and curriculum oversight.
• Ability to manage budgets, staff, competing priorities and cross‑functional teams.
• Working knowledge of accreditation, regulatory compliance and student services.
• Excellent judgment, communication, conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities.
