Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator supports the college’s enrollment goals by recruiting, advising, and retaining dual enrollment students. Acting as the primary liaison between the college, high schools, families, and community partners, the role promotes educational opportunities through outreach and counseling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase dual enrollment participation.
• Serve as the main contact for prospective students, parents, high school counselors, and community partners.
• Represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, parent meetings, and community events.
• Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and program requirements.
• Monitor student registration, academic progress, and coordinate interventions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations, including FERPA.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, or enrollment management.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with student information systems and CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite expertise.
