District Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

The District Manager will lead a group of stores, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience across Reformation’s tech‑enabled, vintage and classic concepts. Reporting to the Director of Retail, you will be the operational hub for your district, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed district sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Lead monthly and quarterly team meetings focused on sales strategy, technology adoption and operational excellence.
• Promote clienteling practices to boost customer retention and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with brand marketing to drive localized traffic and events.
• Support new store openings by overseeing recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Champion company initiatives and ensure precise execution across all stores.
• Maintain high service standards, aiming for strong NPS scores and consistent feedback.
• Integrate innovative in‑store technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, coaching teams on the sales floor.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort using technology to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
