Director, Transformation and IT Governance

About the role

Enerflex seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise transformation, simplify processes, and ensure measurable value across the organization. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into execution, overseeing ERP modernization, governance, and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the enterprise transformation roadmap, turning strategic priorities into actionable programs.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align transformation initiatives with overall strategy.
• Standardize and optimize end‑to‑end business processes with Global Process Owners.
• Govern strategic business and technology investments, ensuring prioritization, discipline, and accountability.
• Provide leadership for ERP modernization and major transformation programs, delivering committed outcomes.
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning to improve cost visibility.
• Collaborate with Finance and Internal Audit to strengthen SOX compliance and IT controls.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise transformation, business operations, consulting, program management, or technology.
• Proven success delivering large‑scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong portfolio, financial, governance, and program‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions and geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Required skills

• ERP modernization experience, preferably SAP.
• Process excellence and automation expertise.
• AI, analytics, and digital capability integration.
• SOX governance and internal controls knowledge.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prosci certification.
