About the role
The Director of the Surgical Technology Program will lead the administration, development, and implementation of initiatives that advance the program’s mission. This senior position oversees staff, manages the operating budget, and ensures the program delivers high‑quality education to future surgical technologists.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day‑to‑day operations of the Surgical Technology Program.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance program quality and relevance.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and performance management.
- Manage the operating budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.
Required profile
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in management or a related departmental area.
