About the role
The State of Georgia is seeking a dynamic leader to direct its Surgical Technology Program. This senior position oversees the administration, development, and implementation of key initiatives that support surgical technology services across the state.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage the operating budget for the program.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve program performance.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, ensuring effective teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate with other state agencies and healthcare partners to align program goals.
- Monitor compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
Required profile
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management or a related departmental area.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
