Director, Production Print

About the role

The Director, Production Print leads the sales organization for color and network production printing solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role drives revenue, mentors regional managers, and ensures successful product launches across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership, mentoring, and development for sales and network specialist teams.
• Leverage deep knowledge of network production print products and technology to support regional personnel.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director and Vice President on product launch strategies.
• Assist in strategic account development and creation of technical sales support processes.
• Support recruiting efforts and conduct performance reviews for the assigned area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–9 years of directly related experience in production print sales or similar.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑changing business environment.
• Strong leadership, customer‑service focus, and talent‑development skills.
• Excellent judgment, negotiation ability, and sales acumen.
• Effective planning, organization, teamwork, and follow‑up.
• Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills.
