Director, Product Management, Nursing Health Education

About the role

Lead the product strategy for Shadow Health’s AI‑enabled clinical learning solutions, shaping the roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes for nursing and health education. You will guide a high‑performing product management team and collaborate across engineering, data science, sales, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI‑driven clinical simulation and precision learning.
• Develop the AI strategy, including data loops, evaluation frameworks, and build‑buy‑partner decisions.
• Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to prioritize product opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch products, set positioning, pricing, and drive adoption.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs covering learning outcomes, AI quality, customer adoption, and revenue impact.
• Communicate product vision and AI strategy to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing product management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with a track record of growing product suites.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI and data strategies for diverse audiences.
• Experience shipping AI‑enabled products where AI drives measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success hiring, leading, and developing product management talent.
