About the role

McAfee Institute is entering a major growth phase and seeks a high‑level leader to shape the future of intelligence, investigations, and law‑enforcement education. This senior position will design, launch, and oversee professional training and certification programs for law‑enforcement, military, intelligence, and corporate security audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update certification curricula across multiple delivery formats (online, video, webinars, in‑person).
• Record professional video‑based training lectures and deliver live online and classroom sessions.
• Enhance instructional quality, student engagement, and scalability of programs.
• Conduct research to evolve training standards and support curriculum modernization.
• Build systems and structures for efficient instructional delivery.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives that reinforce McAfee Institute’s authority in the sector.

Required profile

• Extensive real‑world operational experience in intelligence, investigations, law‑enforcement, military, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command attention on camera and in front of audiences.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to perform calmly under pressure.
