Director of Supply Chain – Global Apparel

About the role

The Director of Supply Chain – Global Apparel will lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities for multiple apparel brands from our Apparel Center of Excellence in Rigby, Idaho. You will be responsible for planning, production, logistics and distribution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global supply‑chain operations across demand planning, production, logistics and distribution.
• Manage a team of ~7 direct reports and ~40 total staff, building a high‑performing, cost‑conscious culture.
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality products on time.
• Drive continuous‑improvement programs and risk‑mitigation activities.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentorship and succession planning.
• Partner with Polaris resources and Quality Engineering to uphold product safety and rework standards.
• Contribute to the Apparel Leadership Team to support overall organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in apparel or a related industry with progressive responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align supply‑chain decisions to financial performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
