Director of Stores – Eastern US Region

About the role

Vuori is looking for a high‑energy Director of Stores to lead its fast‑growing store fleet across the Eastern United States. You will act as the primary bridge between field teams and headquarters, driving a customer‑first experience and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute opportunities to improve the in‑store experience.
• Lead a team of District Managers and mentor General Managers throughout the Eastern region.
• Oversee general store operations, fostering an agile culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HQ partners to meet store‑level sales targets, omni‑channel goals, and incentive programs.
• Partner with marketing and community teams to create multi‑channel initiatives that drive traffic and increase average order value.
• Work with the planning team to optimize inventory, operational processes, and tools.
• Assess business trends and partner with corporate stakeholders to shape local growth strategies.
• Champion Vuori’s culture and values at the store level and support People & Culture initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of retail experience, including senior leadership roles with well‑known brands.
• Proven ability to coach and develop district and store managers.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Track record of delivering sales growth, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
