Director of Sales – Amazon (Americas)

About the role

The Americas Sales Director will lead a team of Account Managers to drive profitable revenue growth for Dematic, focusing on Amazon accounts across the region. The role requires strong leadership, analytical insight, and the ability to implement sales tools and processes that improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly revenue and margin goals.
• Use data analytics to create account plans and drive growth in all vertical markets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to design efficient business models and customized offerings.
• Champion the Global Sales Model and ensure adherence to sales operations processes and best practices.
• Facilitate accurate sales forecasting, order intake analysis, and margin reporting.
• Lead projects aimed at improving productivity and expanding into under‑achieving vertical markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in complex solution sales, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
