About the role

Director of Recruiting at Gracent, based in Chicago, IL, leading the talent acquisition strategy for clinical professionals across Illinois and Texas. This senior, full‑time position reports directly to leadership and sits within Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a proactive sourcing engine targeting BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, and conferences.
• Map the clinical talent market, maintain live target lists, and build pipelines of passive candidates.
• Accelerate time‑to‑offer, manage counter‑offers, and own recruitment metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and time‑to‑fill.
• Develop playbooks for new markets as Gracent expands across Illinois and Texas.
• Ensure every candidate interaction is honest, specific, and respectful, reflecting Gracent’s brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruiting functions in competitive, hard‑to‑fill markets.
• Ability to think strategically and translate market intelligence into actionable sourcing plans.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Experience with proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with clinical roles such as Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs).
