Director of Quality – Lead Multi‑Division Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Quality to shape and execute a unified quality strategy across three diverse divisions. This high‑visibility position partners directly with senior leadership to embed operational excellence into every facet of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with long‑term growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow quality teams across all divisions.
• Drive supplier development initiatives and improve supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage internal and external corrective actions (CAPA) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Standardize quality systems, processes, and metrics while championing continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive teams to embed a culture of accountability and customer‑focused excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading multi‑site or multi‑division quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, continuous‑improvement tools, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborative leadership style grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.
