Director of Partner Sales

About the role

Katz Media Group, the nation's largest media representation firm, is hiring a Director of Partner Sales for its Katz Digital team in New York. The role drives and expands audio and video demand from current and future partners, works with internal leaders to facilitate demand and steward operations across internal and third-party systems, and suits someone with a background in audio and video systems and programmatic tools, with experience in both sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the effort to drive revenue and deal flow from current and future Katz Digital partners, across Audio and Video.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships.
• Work with partners to create effective audio and video supply packs that drive deal flow.
• Track and maximize partner activity in both the Managed and Programmatic operational paths to access supply.
• Support the expansion of the partner base, domestically and internationally.
• Communicate independently and effectively with current and new partners.
• Collaborate with other internal leaders to ensure Partner Sales success.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years' experience in a media sales and operations role.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Self-motivated to build a new business across an omni-channel marketplace.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Results-driven, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with multiple audio and video centric systems and quick adaptation to changing technology.
• Background in audio and video systems, including programmatic tools.

• Salary of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, knowledge, skills and market data.
