About the role

Lycoming College seeks a visionary leader to serve as Director of Library Services and Associate Professor within Snowden Library. This full‑time, twelve‑month position provides strategic direction for library operations, instruction, and scholarly support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead library administration, budgeting, policy development, and facilities management.
• Oversee collections development, technology integration, and the College Archives.
• Design and deliver information literacy instruction and assessment programs.
• Collaborate with faculty and students to advance research services and support teaching and learning.
• Promote inclusive, student‑centered library initiatives aligned with the college’s strategic plan.
