Director of Innovation (High School)

About the role

The Director of Innovation leads the Ignatian Innovation Framework at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee, integrating academics, the Corporate Work Study Program, and faith formation. Reporting to the Principal, this full‑time, 12‑month position shapes mission‑aligned, experiential learning that prepares students to become purposeful leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Ignatian Innovation Program plan, set goals, and monitor progress.
• Facilitate collaboration among academic leaders, CWSP staff, and campus ministry to align innovation initiatives with the school’s three core strands.
• Design and deliver workshops, STEAM projects, and extracurricular experiences that engage students in the Innovation Labs.
• Organize field trips and partnerships that expand access to engineering, creation, and leadership opportunities.
• Provide instructional coaching to teachers, integrating the Ignatian Innovation Framework into curricula.
• Prepare and present training sessions for faculty and staff on applying the framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in educational leadership, program development, or innovation management.
• Deep commitment to the school’s mission of college‑preparatory academics, work‑study, and faith formation.
• Strong collaborative, reflective, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to inspire students and staff toward service‑oriented leadership.
