Director of Digital Growth and Marketing

About the role

Allied Wealth is looking for an experienced Director of Digital Growth and Marketing to design and lead a data‑driven client‑acquisition engine. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will transform financial expertise, video, webinars and podcasts into scalable, performance‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid‑media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and YouTube, including budget allocation.
• Design audience segmentation, landing pages, conversion funnels and A/B tests to optimise lead generation.
• Build and maintain HubSpot/CRM workflows, lead scoring, email nurture and retargeting sequences.
• Create webinar acquisition funnels, YouTube growth tactics and executive thought‑leadership content.
• Oversee website conversion optimisation, SEO and lead‑magnet offers.
• Analyse marketing performance, attribution and ROI; report cost per lead, CPL, CAC and revenue metrics.
• Manage agency partners and vendors.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of growth, performance or demand‑generation marketing experience.
• Direct ownership of sizable paid‑media budgets.
• Proven track record of measurable acquisition results (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS).
• Strong quantitative and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or high‑ticket professional services is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary $165,000–$195,000 USD per year.
