Director of DevOps

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a hands‑on Director of DevOps to lead and scale its DevOps and platform engineering capabilities. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Security to standardize building, deploying, and operating software, improving delivery speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers while defining the DevOps strategy across multiple product lines.
• Own cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Standardize CI/CD practices, reduce deployment friction, and improve developer productivity through automation.
• Define and execute the observability strategy using New Relic, manage incident response, and drive reliability improvements.
• Partner with Security to enforce compliance and security controls across environments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, S3) and production Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams while remaining actively involved in implementation.
