Director of Community Engagement

About the role

The Director of Community Engagement leads the marketing function for Hospitality Health ER, a fast‑paced, patient‑focused emergency room in Longview, Texas. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role drives brand success through creative marketing projects and community partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily and special project initiatives for the VP, schedule meetings and events, and manage vendor relations.
• Lead customer and channel initiatives, develop branding and recognition, and coordinate cross‑functional project timelines.
• Execute marketing plan elements including promotions, events, venue booking, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, networking groups, and employers to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience and 3+ years of administrative support experience.
• Resident of Longview, Texas or immediate surrounding area.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills
