Director of Alliances & Business Development – Commercial & Graphics Solutions

About the role

The Director, Alliances and Business Development will shape and execute the partnership strategy for the Commercial and Graphics Solutions vertical, driving growth through ecosystem collaboration and new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement the alliances and business development strategy, meeting quarterly targets.
• Engage executive sponsors, customers and ecosystem leaders on a disciplined cadence.
• Close partnership agreements that translate into pipeline, signed deals and revenue.
• Build executive‑level relationships with strategic partners and identify major growth opportunities beyond the current product mix.
• Influence product, innovation and go‑to‑market priorities using market and customer insights.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, ecosystem partnerships or large‑deal development.
• Proven ability to provide vertical strategic leadership and translate business priorities into actionable growth plans.
• Strong executive influence and stakeholder management skills across senior leaders, partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience building ecosystems and partner networks that expand market access and create new growth opportunities.
