About the role

As a Business Operations Manager at 3m, you will collaborate with innovative colleagues worldwide to drive strategic initiatives that shape channel growth and commercial transformation. This global, matrixed role blends strategy, data insight, and execution to enhance partner rewards and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with enterprise impact and coordinate high‑priority project workstreams linked to annual operating plan priorities.
• Shape and evolve the 3M Partner Rewards program to improve distributor experience and deliver measurable value.
• Turn data insights into actionable recommendations, building dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑ready materials.
• Support commercial excellence initiatives such as joint business planning, cross‑sell programs, churn analysis, and new product introductions.
• Connect division teams, channel leaders, marketing, supply chain, and sales operations to align business plans and execution activities.
• Coordinate channel and distributor enablement programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance objectives are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
• Minimum five years of experience in business operations, sales, marketing, analytics, supply chain, or channel management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) and experience managing complex global programs are preferred.
