Director, Business Development – Corporate Solutions FI Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive Financial Institution (FI) Enablement for its Corporate Solutions portfolio. In this role you will accelerate issuer readiness, design scalable training programs, and partner with internal delivery teams to bring new corporate products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with FIs and Mastercard delivery teams to onboard new Corporate Solutions products and ensure issuers are fully prepared before sales engagement.
• Design and deliver scalable training and enablement programs, including train‑the‑trainer models, to equip FI sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and sales motions needed to sell solutions.
• Collaborate with FI leadership and Transaction Bank partners to prioritize and align Mastercard initiatives across stakeholder groups.
• Accelerate time‑to‑first‑dollar by driving issuer readiness and supporting commercialisation and scaling of Corporate Solutions offerings.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to shape product strategy and improve the FI onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, sales enablement, or product commercialization within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong track record of partnering with financial institutions and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience making decisions based on analytics.
