Strategy & Execution Manager

About the role

The Partner Strategy & Operations team at Databricks is looking for a senior leader to scale the Partnerships strategy. You will combine analytical insight, business acumen, and cross‑functional partnership to set medium‑ and long‑term goals and drive execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to partner VPs and senior leadership.
• Lead executive analyses, strategy documents and board materials.
• Define and manage high‑impact cross‑functional programs from inception to delivery.
• Own operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets.
• Generate deep‑dive performance analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Guide annual GTM planning, long‑range modeling, KPI setting and headcount planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of strategy and operations experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to partner with VP‑level GTM stakeholders and own business outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑growing environments.
• Understanding of partner ecosystems, GTM and sales operating models.
