Director, Product Solutions & Enablement – SME Commercial Payments

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the North American commercialization of its SME payment solutions portfolio. The role bridges global product teams with regional stakeholders, driving market adoption, stakeholder enablement, and customer engagement for virtual cards, spend controls, expense management and supplier‑payment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the North American subject‑matter expert for Mastercard’s SME payment solutions.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with business development, account management, product, and regional teams to identify and advance strategic opportunities.
• Support issuers, fintechs, partners and customers throughout the solution lifecycle—from opportunity identification to implementation and scaling.
• Provide technical‑commercial guidance, translating product capabilities, integration requirements and market‑specific nuances for regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B payments, fintech, or commercial payment product commercialization.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving market adoption in North America.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex payment solutions to diverse audiences.
