About the role
Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing one‑on‑one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. You will help clients build confidence, develop daily life skills, and enjoy greater independence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement.
- Support skill development to promote independence and confidence.
- Provide consistent companionship and encouragement.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations based on client needs.
