Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part‑time

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a part‑time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. You will work one‑on‑one in home and community settings, providing personal care, transportation, and support for daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance such as dressing and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Assist with meal preparation and everyday tasks.
• Engage clients in hobbies, activities, and community integration.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working with intellectual or developmental disabilities (training may be available).
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+).
• Ability to provide reliable transportation for clients.
