About the role

Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities live more independently. This part‑time, flexible position lets you build one‑on‑one connections while working close to home.

Key responsibilities

• Empower clients’ independence and confidence through daily living support.
• Assist with meal preparation, personal care, and routine activities.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, community outings, and social events.
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed.

Required profile

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+).
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
