About the role
Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional to work one‑on‑one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
- Engage clients in their favorite hobbies and activities.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation.
- Participate in community integration activities.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience working with I/DD individuals (paid training available if none).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
