Digital UX & Design Designer

About the role

Join Starbucks' UX & Design team to create world‑class digital experiences for millions of customers across mobile, web, and in‑store platforms. You will help shape how users interact with digital menus, ordering, and payment systems while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for mobile apps, websites, and in‑store digital touchpoints.
• Participate in the full design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and handoff.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, and data analysts to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, applying consistent patterns and identifying gaps.
• Present design solutions and storytelling artifacts to diverse teams.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience designing customer‑facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• User‑first mindset with the ability to translate user needs into design opportunities.
• Iterative approach that embraces feedback and aligns designs with business goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma, for prototyping and collaboration.
