About the role
This student worker position supports East Texas A&M University Campus Recreation by creating and distributing marketing and advertising materials for events, programs, and building notices.
Key responsibilities
- Design print and digital marketing assets using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Produce photo and video projects with Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Print, cut, laminate, and distribute posters and signage.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for Campus Recreation services.
- Meet project deadlines to ensure proper event promotion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and maintain university graphic standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously on MAC computers.
Required profile
- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
