Creative Designer

About the role

Read AI is looking for a Brand & Creative Designer to make its sophisticated AI product clear, compelling, and impossible to scroll past. You will sit in Marketing and own creative execution across brand, video, social, campaigns, launches, and the marketing website.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve Read AI's visual identity and build guidelines, templates, and reusable components for web, campaigns, social, video, events, and sales materials.
• Create and edit short‑form video for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, product education, and launches, turning complex workflows into concise demos.
• Design platform‑specific social content, crafting hooks, pacing, thumbnails, and aspect ratios that reflect a distinctive brand identity.
• Partner with User Acquisition on paid‑social creative, building structured variants across audience, hook, format, proof point, and CTA.
• Design campaign and conversion landing pages, webinar assets, customer stories, one‑pagers, presentations, event materials, and sales collateral.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, creative, multimedia, or visual design with a portfolio spanning brand, digital campaigns, social, and video.
• Strong video editing, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling skills, especially for short‑form social and product demos.
• Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into simple visual stories and use performance data to improve creative.
