Digital Solutions Analyst – AI & Digital Enablement

About the role

Northeastern University seeks a collaborative Digital Solutions Analyst to drive adoption of AI‑enabled and enterprise digital tools across the campus. The role blends business analysis, consulting, and enablement to help operational leaders embed practical digital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled workflow redesigns and enablement actions.
• Create and maintain solution artifacts such as requirements, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Deliver hands‑on enablement through role‑based demos, office hours, and targeted coaching sessions.
• Support configuration, testing, and user‑acceptance activities for approved tools.
• Provide tier‑1 support, triage requests, and coordinate escalations for complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in business analysis, digital solutions support, consulting, or technology adoption.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work occasional outside‑hours for urgent business needs.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms).
• Experience with AI‑embedded tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Process mapping and solution documentation.
• Creation of training and enablement materials (job aids, walkthroughs, demos).
