Digital Marketing Manager, Paid and Organic Search (Remote)

About the role

Join our digital marketing agency as a senior Digital Marketing Manager responsible for both paid advertising and SEO programs across multiple client accounts. You will own strategy, execution, and performance reporting, working remotely while collaborating with the internal marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, managing budgets and A/B testing.
• Own full SEO programs, including technical audits, on‑page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
• Integrate paid and organic strategies, using data from each channel to inform the other and allocate budgets for blended ROI.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, leading calls on strategy, performance, and results.
• Create monthly performance reports covering CPA, ROAS, CTR, organic traffic, rankings, and revenue attribution.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta) and SEO programs with proven results.
• Executive‑level client‑facing experience, managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets.
• Agency background handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to present strategy to decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Google Ads (certified) and Meta Blueprint.
• Technical SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
• Google Analytics and Looker Studio (or similar) for reporting.
• A/B testing methodology and statistical significance analysis.
