Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing healthcare organization in Atlanta, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to build and lead the marketing function across multiple brands, including diagnostic testing and specialty medical services. This is a hands‑on position where you will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and establish the foundation of the marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for several healthcare brands, driving patient awareness and referral engagement.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaigns—from concept and execution to performance analysis and ongoing optimization.
• Manage digital channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, social media, and website optimization.
• Oversee website content updates in partnership with external developers and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently develop and launch multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of meeting competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex information into clear marketing content.
