DevOps Team Lead

About the role

DeleteMe is seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to own the deployment, reliability, and operational excellence of its SaaS platform. The role will also enable AI experimentation across the organization by providing the necessary infrastructure, tooling, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Own deployment, availability, and performance of the SaaS platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure using OpenTofu (Terraform‑compatible) as infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Manage environment consistency across development, staging, and production.
• Provide the operational backbone for AI experimentation, ensuring rapid and reliable prototyping and deployment.
• Set up monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and logging pipelines for full system visibility.
• Lead incident response, triage, post‑mortems, and drive systemic improvements.
• Define and track SLOs/SLAs for platform reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and supporting fast‑moving experimentation.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and teams with high autonomy.
