Deployment Strategist – Palantir Partnership

About the role

Rivet is seeking a Deployment Strategist to deepen its strategic partnership with Palantir, delivering integrated solutions for defense and commercial customers. You will work closely with Palantir teams and Rivet’s cross‑functional groups to translate complex customer problems into actionable, deployed solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with Palantir engineers, analysts, and deployment strategists to understand customer workflows and identify integration opportunities.
• Synthesize customer environments and inputs to design differentiated solutions across defense and commercial markets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on both sides to develop integrations, joint workflows, and scalable capabilities.
• Create and deliver demos, support customer engagements, and pursue co‑selling and co‑marketing opportunities.
• Develop compelling solution narratives and identify new technical, commercial, and strategic opportunities to strengthen the partnership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in deployment management, technical solutions, product, consulting, strategic partnerships, or business development within technology, defense, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with Palantir’s products, deployment methodologies, and customer ecosystem; prior Palantir experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand hardware, software, and data integration for complex operational problems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engineers, frontline users, analysts, and senior executives.
• Low ego, collaborative mindset, and willingness to lead and execute across functions.
